Spring means it’s time for the annual BBHCA Community Yard Sale for all residents.* Use this opportunity to clean up and cash in! *Must live within the Brookland, Bush Hill, or Gunnell Estates community.
SELLERS Registration Deadline: Wednesday, May 26
The registration fee includes:

Listing your home on a neighborhood map (SAMPLE MAP) with a description of your items for sale.

The map will be printed and multiple copies distributed to all participating homes to distribute the day of the sale.

The map will also be posted to the public online (Google Maps) the week of the sale.

Participants will be able to update their online listing of sale items up to the day of the sale.

Posting the community yard sale on Craigslist and other yard sale web sites.
-
Posting signs at the boundaries of our neighborhood.

Promoting the sale on the BBHCA web site.

Balloons (3) to attach to your mail box the
day of the sale.
Please complete the registration form and submit it with the fee by the deadline so your sale items can be included with the map. (By participating, you also agree to distribute the supplied printed Yard Sale maps to buyers on the day of the sale.)

The BBHCA Yard Sale Map saves buyers time with a house by house listing of all participating homes and sale items. The Google Map will be available online beginning the week of the sale. Printed maps will also be available from participating homes the day of the event―just ask.
